At TinyObjects.in, we know you’re excited to receive your 3D-printed objects — and we work hard to print, pack, and deliver them to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after you receive your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.

Since some of our products are 3D printed, customized, or made on demand, certain orders may require additional production time depending on product complexity, size, quantity, or customization requirements.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you with the shipping details.

Shipping Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected logistics delays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free shipping across India, unless otherwise mentioned at checkout.

For international orders, if applicable, any customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or clearance charges will need to be covered by the customer as per the destination country’s rules.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS, where applicable.

You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment’s journey until delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

TinyObjects.in will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@tinyobjects.in. We will try our best to update it before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to follow the estimated timelines, but delays may happen due to high order volume, production delays, courier issues, weather disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@tinyobjects.in with your order number. We will help you track and resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery at support@tinyobjects.in.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged package/product, if applicable

  • An unboxing video, if available

Once verified, we will assist you with the next steps as per our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
